At The Vitamin Shop, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimates and final sale items cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
